Sharon O’Loan

My professional background spans senior leadership roles within the higher education and voluntary sectors. I have led complex national fundraising initiatives for major capital developments, including a children’s hospital, university library, and specialist cancer centres across the UK, working closely with talented national and local teams, volunteers and investors.

Now practising as an accredited Mediator, I bring this experience into my work with individuals and organisations. My approach is professional, calm, optimistic and grounded in respect for those in conflict. I aim to support participants to communicate with clarity, explore shared interests, and reach workable solutions that are realistic, sustainable and forward-looking.
